Enforcement of Judgments
The State has an obligation to ensure a system of enforcement of judgments which, by its very nature, is effective not only in the regulatory framework but also in the practice of application. In addition, the measures to ensure enforcement must be such as to make the objectives of the effective enforcement of the judgment realistically feasible.
Example: Although the sworn bailiff has done everything for their part, a court decision on debt recovery is not enforced for a long time, as a result of which the adjudication decision is not satisfied.
