Right to Property

Everyone has the right to property. The right to property includes the right to enjoy unimpeded property rights, the prohibition of arbitrary deprivation of property, as well as the right of the State to restrict the use of property in accordance with the public interest (taking into account a reasonable balance between the interests of society and the individual).
Property rights relate to physical property, such as an apartment, land, telephone, as well as economic property, such as property rights arising from shares, stocks or copyrights.

Example: The land I own is located in a protected area, so I can’t use it for agriculture. Am I entitled to compensation from the State?
