The Ombudsman replies: Can a child’s need for a special education programme be concealed?
The Ombudsman draws the parents’ attention to the fact that they have an obligation laid down in the Education Law to inform the educational institution of any circumstances, such as the health of the child, which may affect the acquisition of the educational programme. Information must be provided before the child is admitted to school or kindergarten, so that the educational institution can prepare for the provision of support measures.
Ombudsman invites to conference “Human Rights as the New Fuel for Business”
