Ombudsman participates in a conference in Brussels dedicated to economic and social rights

Today, Ombudsman Juris Jansons participates in the General Assembly of the European Network of National Human Rights Institutions and in an annual conference dedicated to economic and social rights, emphasising in particular the role of human rights institutions (ENNHRI Annual Conference “Realising Economic and Social Rights in Europe – the role of National Human Rights Institutions”).

Ombudsman Juris Jansons participates in the conference as speaker, giving an insight into the role of the national human rights authorities in protecting and promoting economic and social rights.
