The Ombudsman’s Office resumes on-site consultations
Starting from Tuesday, 1 March on-site consultations are resumed at the Ombudsman’s Office, Baznicas street 25, Riga.
Important notice – to schedule consultations, please call +371 67686768 or +371 20455634 or send an email to tiesibsargs@tiesibsargs.lv to receive confirmation about the date and time of consultation.
The Ombudsman’s Office also provides consultations for refugees and asylum seekers. Please call +371 26128600.
Clients can receive on-site consultations also without a Covid-19 vaccination/recovery certificate or negative COVID-19 tests result, clients must wear medical face masks or unvalved respirators.
We invite clients to be responsible, carefully assess their health before coming to the consultation, and avoid coming to the consultation if they experience symptoms of an upper respiratory infection (runny nose, cough, etc.).
