Right to Health Protection

In order to ensure the right to health protection, several measures are taken, such as ensuring access to quality medical services, promoting a healthy lifestyle and setting standards for food hygiene. These measures are carried out by State and local government institutions, as well as public institutions and other legal and natural persons. Every person and society as a whole has the right to health protection. People are most often confronted with the following issues in the health care system: long queues for medical services, shortages of medical personnel, denial of reimbursement of medicines or high co-payments (especially in cases of oncological diseases).

Example: I need a consultation with a family doctor. I have not been able to reach him by calling or in any other way already for several days.
